I did not see any mention about a prediction of the old approach of solving issues with war are more likely or if a new approach where building alliances via collaboration, infrastructure investments, etc. that are in BRI and BRICS will be the new way to develop influence? If that's the case, the current powers will be in a tough spot as they have always rules by war.
