Well written. Umair might describe what's happening in hopes of it possibly changing. The reality is that empires get old and lose power. It's has always been that way and nature needs to do this to make sure new approaches have a chance to determine if they are better. It's Darwinian thing that has been true for all of human history. just feels bad when we are the empire that is in the process of being replaced.
