Yes, I agree. It has little to do with the people at the top. I find that too much focus is on destroying and removing everything the predecessor has done. The one guy said he wanted to make America great again and it hasn't really changed. The next guy said he wanted to unify the country - its more divided than ever.

A vision needs to include the public and not sound like we all can just lean back and watch what a person does to achieve the promise.

Obviously they both failed. In business you would not get the job again
